We Do Not Accept HMO's or Medical Please contact our team before your appointment to confirm your coverage, and do not forget to bring your insurance card with you on the day of your visit. We will be happy to help you navigate the maze of filing your insurance claim and can review your policy to help you find ways to get the most out of your coverage.

If you do not have insurance or if you need to make a co-pay or out of pocket expense, our office can accept the following forms of payment:
