smile with bad porcelain crowns (caps) that left a gap between the upper top teeth

This patient was unhappy with the shape, color, and spacing of the porcelain crowns (caps) placed on her two front teeth. She was interested in replacing these two crowns to create a more aesthetic appearance.

smile with two new porcelain crowns that close gap between teeth

After removal of the crowns, two new porcelain crowns were placed on her front teeth. By changing the size of the teeth and closing the space between the teeth, a significant aesthetic improvement was achieved.

smile showing asymmetry of the crowns on the upper teeth

The patient was very unsatisfied with the asymmetry of the crowns (caps) placed on all of his upper teeth when he smiled. His teeth slanted downward on the left. He was also concerned about the health of the teeth underneath these crowns.

smile showing aesthetic dentures that replaced bad dental crowns

Many of the patient’s upper teeth could not be saved due to dental decay. These teeth were removed and an aesthetic denture was fitted immediately after extraction of his teeth. We were able to correct the asymmetry and significantly improve aesthetics and function with the new denture.

grinding teeth led to severe wear of his dentures

This patient had a long history of grinding his teeth, which led to severe wear of his dentition. He was interested in restoring all of his teeth to enhance aesthetics and to improve his ability to chew. It was also important to prevent his grinding habit from destroying his teeth again.

Dental implants, porcelain crowns (caps), and fixed porcelain bridges

Dental implants, porcelain crowns (caps), and fixed porcelain bridges were used to restore this patient’s entire dentition. With careful design and planning, we were able to transform his smile and enhance his chewing ability. A thin, plastic mouth guard was made to protect his teeth from grinding during the night.

smile showing large, unaesthetic dental crowns on the upper teeth

This patient complained of large, white, unaesthetic crowns (caps) on her upper teeth. She had difficulty chewing due to the loss of many of her back teeth. She also reported a history of dental decay and disliked the dark areas near her gums.

6 dental implants transformed her smile and provided her with a full set of upper teeth

The patient’s upper teeth could not be saved due to dental decay and all of the upper teeth were removed. Six dental implants were placed into her upper jaw and were used to support a fixed dental bridge. This transformed her smile and provided her with a full set of upper teeth.
